Veterans: ASA and Northern Breezes Deliver New Sailing Education Program

The American Sailing Association and Northern Breezes Sailing recognize the sacrifices made by the men and women who have served or are serving in our country's armed forces which include the reserves and national guard. We at Northern Breezes have several "Veterans" on our staff and the company is owned by a "Retired U.S. Navy Veteran."

Put the wind in your sails and join us in a class! Here are the Program Highlights.

• The $50 discount applies to Basic Keelboat, ASA 101, in any of its iterations including our Teen Keelboat Program or Test-out.
• Northern Breezes chooses to extend the discounts for this program to immediate family members as long as the eligible veteran enrolls.
• Both Family & Friends and regularly scheduled classes are typical formats for Basic Keelboat classes.
• If a veteran is already a sailor and wishes to take his or her skills to a higher level, the discount applies to the intermediate class as long as the veteran needs Basic Keelboat to fulfill prerequisite requirements. In short form this is the Basic Keelboat Test-out.
• If a veteran chooses a Family & Friends option for Basic Keelboat, the $50 discount is repeated for each family member.
• If a veteran has immediate youth family members ages 8-18, the $50 discount may also be extended to our Youth Camp or Teen Keelboat Camp.
• If a veteran chooses a Caribbean Vacation Course which includes Basic Keelboat, the discount applies and will be repeated for immediate family members.
• Veterans must register with American Sailing Association, ASA, at asa.com/veterans to be eligible for the program. Send ASA discount coupon to Northern Breezes Sailing to qualify for discounted Basic Keelboat.
